Before becoming an author, Steve Parker founded an award-winning cheese shop and restaurant and judged in national and international cheese competitions.
Now he organises corporate and private food and drink tasting events and is a professional speaker on his favourite subjects of cheese and wine.
Steve’s first book is ‘British Cheese on Toast’ and he hopes you enjoy trying and tasting the recipes.
